雷杰，出生在甘肅酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射基地的部隊大院，后隨父母從部隊轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)回到被譽為"千年帝都"的洛陽，現(xiàn)居新西蘭基督城并完成碩士學(xué)位，愛好詩歌，音樂和自由的心靈之旅，其作品來源于心靈對生活的真實感悟。
