譯后記：
《綠野仙蹤》是一部充滿奇幻色彩的美國兒童文學(xué)作品，《飛越彩虹》是同名電影的經(jīng)典插曲。原文歌詞最后兩段皆以“Why can't I?”結(jié)尾，但這兩段旋律走向各具特點(diǎn)，直譯成“為什么我不能？”入唱后發(fā)現(xiàn)與漢語反問語氣均不相稱，故嘗試變通譯文如上：前者“飛越彩虹之巔”表達(dá)堅定的信念，后者“碧藍(lán)云天外”則留給聽眾充足的遐想空間。譯詞打破原句結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)而與旋律調(diào)和的情形還有第二節(jié)的“待煩惱”、第四節(jié)的“我是那”及“雨露滋潤下”等處，均旨在尋求漢語與旋律的最佳融合度。歌曲是音樂與語言的巧妙融合，譯配藝術(shù)應(yīng)追求譯詞與配曲的平衡，二者不可偏廢。
