老家的名字
我一點一點喝干了
舉起的酒杯
你說你看見我的淚水
溢出了光陰的壇子
我說我的心里
全都是黃土高原
橫七豎八的樣子
You're repeating the hometown's name from time to time
I'm drinking up the raised cup of wine little by little.
You say you have seen the tears in my eyes
spilling from the jar of time,
I say my heart is filled with the loess plateau,
which looks rough and disorderly.

我又把故鄉(xiāng)的月光
裝進了我的酒盞
我一邊絮叨著
一邊把少年的回憶
一口一口地咽進肚里
我向著故鄉(xiāng)的方向
把思念
扯的老長老長
Tonight, I'm filling my wine cup
with the moon of my hometown.
While chattering, I 'm swallowing
my childhood memory bit by bit.
Looking up into the direction of the hometown,
I find myself overwhelmed with everlasting nostalgia.
窗外的風
跌跌撞撞，搖搖晃晃的
從故鄉(xiāng)趕來
它帶著我娘的囑托
帶著故鄉(xiāng)的煙塵
它吹醒了窗前的玫瑰
吹濕了我滿是皺紋的眼角
The wind out of the window
is tottering and staggering along
from my hometown,
with it bringing my mum's caring guidance
and smoke dust from the hometown.
The wind is waking up the rose in front of the window
and wetting the corners of my wrinkled eyes.

握著酒杯的手
有些顫抖
我聽見那風
一遍又一遍
喊出了我的乳名
它趕了幾千里的路呀
只為讓我聽見
我娘喚我的聲音
The hand holding the wine cup is trembling.
I seem to have heard the wind
calling my childhood name time and time again.
Oh, my goodness, it has covered thousands of miles
only to let me hear my mum's calling.

奔涌的血液停止了流動
透明的云朵也站立在窗前
不再行走
我閉上眼
含著淚
醉倒在
故鄉(xiāng)的風中
My rushing blood has come to a halt,
the clear clouds have stayed put in front of the window,
floating no further.
I simply close my eyes
with tears welling up,
losing myself in the wind from my hometown.
