靜默地書寫
一份浪漫的人生
我的筆觸
只為——
尋找一片醉人的風(fēng)景
窗外小鳥的邀請(qǐng)
沒有打動(dòng)我
唯有墨香
讓我陶醉讓我憧憬
不負(fù)光陰不負(fù)卿
字里行間
跳躍著執(zhí)著與真誠
這個(gè)世界
我曾驕傲的來過
千百年后的小巷里
可否——
會(huì)有關(guān)于夢(mèng)的傳說
我在尋找
在等 我最想看的
那個(gè)傳說與風(fēng)景
手中的筆
快樂前行在——
祖國的山水
人海的真情

Gently tapping the window-blind
An elegant stroke of the pen
Serves for only
A romantic life
A silent way to
Search for an intoxicating landscape
The invitation from the little bird outside
Didn't impress or attract me
Only the fragrance of ink
Intoxicates and fascinates me
I won’t let you down, no matter how long
Between the lines
I have persevered with sincerity
As a proud citizen of the World
Thousands of years hence, in the alley
If there will be legends and dreams
I am looking and
Waiting for what I want to see most:
That legend and landscape
With pen in hand
Happily moving through our
Motherland's landscape, enjoying
The true feeling of the crowds.

Gerry Spoors comes from the North-East of England and has written poetry throughout his life. Professionally ，he is a Chartered Chemist and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.His new book ‘Arthur of the Red Robe’ has been published 。
