陳金茂，旅美作家、詩人，《紐約My詩刊》總編，出版有歷史小說、詩集、兒童文學(xué)等著作。作品獲福建省政府百花文藝獎和福建文學(xué)優(yōu)秀作品獎等，被收入《福建文學(xué)三十年》《福建文學(xué)五十年》。
玻璃籠

你總是很矜持地站在那里，
把遠(yuǎn)處的花紅、葉綠、
鳥的啁啾，甚至濃濃的稻香，
拎至我的面前；
而我也把心中的歌謠與詠嘆，
獻(xiàn)給了最傾情的世界。
我一直以為，
我就是一縷清風(fēng)，
一朵逶迤的白云，
一只最自由自在的小鳥。
后來，我漸漸地發(fā)現(xiàn)，
明明可以看到外面的世界，
卻完全不可觸及。
盡管我的目光長滿了渴望的羽毛，
卻飛不過重重疊疊的關(guān)山。
——呵，你是玻璃
做成的一個籠，
用來囚禁靈魂的么？
假如時光后退半個世紀(jì)，
我還是一個心高氣傲的楞頭青，
也許我會攥緊拳頭，
砸向這橫隔面前的透明桎梏。
而現(xiàn)在，我卻無意
以貧血無力的手，
去證實玻璃的牢固與犀利。
我只能心平氣和地
擦拭每一個漢字，
碼成一句句優(yōu)雅的詩，
讓孤寂漂泊的靈魂在這里棲息。

You always stand there with restraint,
Bringing red flowers and green leaves
In the distance, the chirping of birds, and
The strong fragrance of rice in front of me
I take the songs and chants into my heart,
Dedicating them to the most affectionate world.
I always thought, I was
Just a wisp of breeze,
Swaying the white clouds and
A most free bird
But I gradually discovered that:
Obviously you can see the outside world,
But it’s completely untouchable.
Although my eyes are full of feathers of longing,
But I can't fly over the overlapping fortress and mountains.
——Oh, you are a cage
Made with glass,
Used to imprison souls?
If time could turn back half a century,
If I had still been the proud and arrogant young !
In anger perhaps I could have clenched my fist, and
Shattered the transparent shackles that held me.
But now, I have no choice.
My hands are anaemic and too weak.
To test the firmness and sharpness of the glass.
I can only calmly
Wipe every Chinese character,
Coded into an elegant poem;
Let the lonely and wandering soul dwell here.
