不知從什么時(shí)候開(kāi)始，
有了飲茶的習(xí)慣。
閑暇時(shí)，
總會(huì)順手打開(kāi)茶罐，
捏一點(diǎn)茶葉丟在茶杯里，
斟滿沸水，
讓每一片茶葉翻騰，沉沒(méi)。
沉浮之間，
變成了一杯醇爽回甘的茶湯，
它，獲得重生，
釋放出了自己蘊(yùn)藏的價(jià)值。
手中的茶盞，茶香繚繞，
思緒也隨著霧氣升騰飄散。
輕咂細(xì)品，感覺(jué)浮華褪去，
只剩一份寧?kù)o淡雅。
細(xì)細(xì)品味，
我想，這就是道家所說(shuō)的
“人生如茶”，不過(guò)是"一拿，一放”吧。
輕輕托起茶杯，
呷一小口，任清清淺淺的
苦澀在舌間蕩漾開(kāi)來(lái)，
深吸一口它的幽香，
在肺腑間蔓延，
滌盡一天的疲憊。
深陷在時(shí)光里，
沐浴著陽(yáng)光，
欣賞生命里所有的美景，
細(xì)細(xì)品味著杯中的茶，
享受一份自在安然，
朦朧中，不愿醒來(lái)……

I have no idea when I got
into the habit of drinking tea.
In my leisure time,
I'm used to opening a tea caddy,
picking a little bit tea leaves,
putting them into a tea cup
and filling it with boiling water
to make every tea leaf swim and sink.
Between ups and downs
tea leaves becomes a cup of tea, briskly mellow and bitterly sweet.
It comes back to life,
setting free its intrinsic value.
The cup in hand is filled with tea aroma.
Following the vapor
are my thoughts, rising and drifting away.
Sipping and tasting the tea
I can't help myself thinking pomp is fading away
and that nothing remains
but tranquility and simple elegance.
While savoring tea
I think it is what a Taoist's says:
Just like tea, life is nothing more than
a matter of picking it up and putting it down.
Holding the cup gently
I take a sip of tea,
leaving its pure light bitterness
rippling over my tongue,
and then take a deep breath of
its subtle fragrance, permeating it between lungs
and dissolving a whole day's weariness.
Lost in the time and drowned in the sunshine,
I'm admiring all beautiful views in life,
having a good taste of the cup of tea.
While savoring tea,
I find pleasure in ease and safety.
With a bleary mind,
I'm unwilling to stay awake ……
