像孩子睡熟在母親的肩膀
偶爾，會在夢里微笑
和母親的笑容一樣溫暖
母親囑咐我
記得，做一個幸福的人
蘿卜白菜保平安
自己掙的錢花著才安心
這些話我告訴過很多人
諸如, 我的愛人、朋友、
同事們
希望，他們都能做
一個幸福的人
心情好，病就少
我也學著做一個幸福的人
早晨乘地鐵上班
傍晚坐地鐵下班
回家，把心思放入
柴米油鹽里
深夜，寫的詩都給了月亮
我不會糾結(jié)面朝大海，
春暖花開
也不會因晴空突遇陰雨
而憂傷
我想做一個幸福的人
左手握著平凡，
右手捧著善良
做幸福的人，
是從每一天開始的
沒有天空般遼闊的向往
我愛明媚的晨光，
也愛寧靜的夕陽
這樣，我才吃的飽，睡的香

Be a happy man
Like a kid sound asleep
In his mum's arms
Now and then in a dream are
Smiles as warm as his mum's
Mother tells me to remember
To be a happy man
Carrots and cabbages can
Guarantee safety
And that only spending
The self-earned money
Can set a mind at rest.
I've related these words
To many others such as my wife,
Friends and colleagues
Hoping they can become happy people
Having good moods means
Suffering from less illness
I'm also learning to
Become a happy man
Going to work by subway
Early in the morning
And taking the subway back home
Late in the afternoon
Once at home I put all my heart
Into daily house-hold necessities
Then late at night I have poems written
All for the moon
I never hesitate to face
The sea with warm spring
And blooming flowers
Nor do I feel grieved because
Wet weather follows a clear sky.
I'd like to be a happy man
With ordinariness in my left hand
And kindness in my right hand
It is from each day on
To be a happy man
Having no yearning as vast as the sky
I love bright morning sunshine
And tranquil setting sun, as well
Only in this way can I
Eat enough and sleep soundly.
作者簡介】：季文軍，天津人，業(yè)余愛好寫作、音樂、繪畫、哲學、歷史、民俗。曾在《工人日報》、《遼寧青年》、《北斗星》、《經(jīng)緯線》、《中國郵政報》、《天津青年報》、《城市快報》、《每日新報》等報刊上，發(fā)表多篇詩歌、散文、小說、歌詞、漫畫等作品。
