抽身而出，
退回到寂靜的小院。
From the noisy crowd
I walk away
Retreating to the quiet courtyard
守著一樹(shù)的蔥綠，
是最簡(jiǎn)單的素美，
想必，知情的人
可以透過(guò)
密密匝匝的枝葉，
納得一份露為風(fēng)味
月為香的靜美。
沒(méi)有惆悵，
沒(méi)有孤獨(dú)。
Looking at the green on the tree
I am mesmerized with the beauty of simplicity
Presumably, through thick leaves and branches
People who understand
Can enjoy a dew for its special flavor
Together with the tranquility and beauty of the moon night
No regretting
No feeling lonely
遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地觀望，
遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地思考，
用素素的姿態(tài)，
學(xué)會(huì)看淡一切，

The wind is filled with poems

若子夜想歌，
那就一束香、三足鼎，
松木竹影韻中來(lái)，

If I want to sing at midnight
Then I would take a bouquet of incense, and a three-legged tripod,
To hold the poetic rhyme in the sound of pine and bamboo

讀鄧瑛《只若一蓮月》詩(shī)有感?！昂商猎律笔菨嵵兄疂?。皎潔清輝之月色，潔凈也。蓮出汙泥不染者，潔凈也。花之美，其核心是潔凈也。月色之清輝能遍九洲，是因?yàn)闈崈粢?。蓮花之所以被佛教選為教花，是因?yàn)闈崈粢??！百|(zhì)本潔來(lái)還潔去”。黛玉之所以葬花，也是為了讓花有個(gè)潔凈之歸宿也?！奥浠ㄓ幸怆S流水”，也是希望最后的去處是潔凈也。人如花美。人與花的本質(zhì)，都有一個(gè)共同點(diǎn)，就是追求潔凈也。佛教更是把追求潔凈，追求心中不染塵作為最高境界也。鄧瑛的詩(shī)認(rèn)為：“從喧鬧的人群中，抽身而出，退回到寂靜的小院?！贝嗽?shī)意也是為了潔凈也。潔凈是人生的最高境界。寫(xiě)詩(shī)也應(yīng)該去追求潔凈的境界。（易之中）

Ying Deng-Klein is a cultural celebrity, and well-known social activist.
