作者簡(jiǎn)介：
王紅旗，博士，現(xiàn)任華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)水利與土木工程學(xué)院教授。廣東省防總、廣州市、深圳市防指專家組成員。曾在廣東省水利廳、東江、韓江、北江流域管理局等多個(gè)部門任過(guò)職，曾先后任廣東省水政監(jiān)察局東江分局局長(zhǎng)，飛來(lái)峽水利樞紐管理處副主任，省三防辦副主任等職。曾參與了超強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng) “威馬遜”、強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng)“海鷗”、強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng)“彩虹”和多次重大應(yīng)急搶險(xiǎn)工作，熟悉防洪搶險(xiǎn)預(yù)案的編制與演練和山洪災(zāi)害防治、城市洪水風(fēng)險(xiǎn)圖編制等工作，具有豐富的水利實(shí)踐和三防應(yīng)急處置經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Rivers calm, people wealthy, our nation powerful
Day or night in winter or summer, we pay tribute to you for your protection
In the new era, we'll show a new picture
Of prioritizing ecological conservation and boosting green development
