Perfumes quietly
Holding the hands of time
In my heart
It precipitates into the loving warmth
On a cold day
There is a ray of sunshine to warm my heart
In the distance
There may be some affection following silently
In my mind
There is still a sweet and warm call:
If you’re fine, it’s a sunny day.
Long, long is the road
The deep affection
Cannot cut off my eye’s looking at the horizon
A piece of paper with words
Cannot describe the obsession of the hope in my heart
Hand in hand with words
We go along all the way
I would like to use the warmth of my fingertips
To write romance of poetic lines
And send a ray of warm wishes to the other shore

吳偉雄，廣東新會(huì)人，英語譯審。2011年中國(guó)譯協(xié)授予“資深翻譯家”榮譽(yù)證書。在《中國(guó)翻譯》，《中國(guó)科技翻譯》和《上海翻譯》發(fā)文16篇，出版編著5本。2005年在中國(guó)譯協(xié)和桂林市人民政府合辦的“桂林山水甲天下”名句國(guó)際譯文征集活動(dòng)中獲連珠三獎(jiǎng)：優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（第一名），入圍獎(jiǎng)和鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)。
Mr. WU Weixiong，native of Xinhui, Guangdong, China, is a Prof. of Translation (English). He was member of the 4th and 5th Councils of the TAC (1998-2009), and awarded the TAC Certificate of Honor of Senior Translator in 2011. He has published 16 papers in three core journals for translation in China and 6 books on translation. He won three awards, EXCELLENT（first place）, MERIT and ACHIEVEMENT, in the international CALL FOR TRANSLATIONS OF THE NOTED SAYING “桂林山水甲天下”organized by Guilin Municipal Government and the TAC in 2005.
