Life falls on time in this world
The years of our lives vividly repeat
The tenderness of the fingertips of the four seasons
It is deeply attached by each other around the earth
In an infinite loop of digits
Time is given inexhaustible possibilities
The dream is promised by youth
It is a smile between colourful flowers and a ball of rosy clouds
Turning into starlight shines at night, the meditation of gorgeous annual rings
With the wine be distilled in this human world
And be pulled into a cup, rippling some long or short sighs
Simulating a stretched spring mood

Touching the texture of the years
Flowing water, falling flowers, or traces of pattering raindrops,
All covered in veins
A pair of invisible wings
Takes off from the repeatedly polished footprints
The excitement of life knocks and roars on the sky
Years, plump and smooth

任誠(chéng)剛，英語(yǔ)教授。1989年畢業(yè)于美國(guó)康科迪亞大學(xué)。系威斯康星大學(xué)研究生、旅居美國(guó)十四年。1998年回國(guó)在云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)外語(yǔ)學(xué)院擔(dān)任教學(xué)與測(cè)試室主任、云南省翻譯工作者協(xié)會(huì)理事、研究生高級(jí)文學(xué)翻譯等課程教學(xué)。發(fā)表論文50余篇。出版《韻譯天安門(mén)詩(shī)抄100首》《英韻周恩來(lái)朱德及陳毅詩(shī)選五十首》等譯著。
Ren Chenggang，professor of English, graduated from Concordia University US in 1989. He was a graduate student in University of Wisconsin and lived in the United States for 14 years. In 1998, he returned to China and worked at the College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University, serving as the director of the Teaching and Testing Office and is a council member of the Yunnan Translators Association. Teaching Advanced Lilterary Translation and other courses. He has published more than 50 papers. Translation books as rhymed versions of 100 Poems of Tiananmen and 50 selected poems by Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi etc.
