Dream Broken by Qinghai Lake

Watching for a thousand years
The peerless sentimental monk returns to his dreamland
A drop of love tears
Falling into Qinghai Lake, ripples
Rippling, the blue water
Can't stop the sea of his heart from surging
The river flows backwards
Into the waves of sad love
Floating clouds
Gather and then scatter, rolling up his melancholy
His tears, sparkling
Moisten the scene near Qinghai Lake
A white crane flies over
Its wings streaking the blue and sad sky
His touching poems
Strike a responsive chord in the hearts of their readers, moving them to tears
He dreams of returning to his hometown
To have a look at his sweetheart
And bid farewell to his parents
And then waits to reunite with them in beautiful Heaven
From Menyu district in the south of Tibet
Wafts the fragrance of Gessan flowers

Are you yearning for your love in the Red Palace
The yaks in his home
Whose familiar backs gradually becoming old
Can't await the return of the boy
Who chants sutras
The aroma of barley wine
Accompanies the golden rape flowers
The robe made of Tibetan wool

Living up to Buddha, he should let down his love
Disillusioned with this human world
