作者簡介：
程中華（大號是中華）四川籍，居天津，大學(xué)文化，工程專業(yè)高管?？釔鬯囆g(shù)，任天津市“群星交響樂團(tuán)”，“海河軍樂團(tuán)”低音部首席。榮獲“天津市第三屆西洋樂器大獎賽個人賽金獎”；全國“雅馬哈樂器大獎賽優(yōu)秀獎”等獎項。早年參加"天津市文學(xué)藝術(shù)研討會"，師從馮驥才先生。后入“龍風(fēng)文學(xué)院”學(xué)習(xí)，師從周崇明，高麗等名家。多次參加國內(nèi)外格律詩創(chuàng)作。作品多在《英國文學(xué)》《清歡一隅》《五岳文學(xué)》《遠(yuǎn)山傳媒》《梅園之音》《風(fēng)華詩刊》刊登。
Cheng Zhonghua (the big one is China) is from Sichuan, lives in Tianjin, and is a senior executive with a degree in university culture and engineering. Passionate about art, he is the chief bassist of Tianjin "Various Stars Symphony Orchestra" and "Haihe Military Orchestra". Won the "Tianjin Third Western Musical Instrument Grand Prix Individual Competition Gold Medal"; national "Yamaha Musical Instrument Grand Prix Excellence Award" and other awards.

Bearing Smooth Heart
Don’t be surprised with a bit of short refreshing,
Thro several autumn breezes the cool it’d bring.
The cold heart favours to the complete drunk,
About minor things I’d want to be crazy sunk.
Frowning and bowing to the lone sail passing,
To the traces of anger severe rage is arousing.
Talking about youth I’d think on grand scenery,
Keep calm in face of danger is over an ordinary.

和順言辭少動容，聲柔誼重妙無窮。
人凡意滿三春暖，語簡情深一點通。
聚首開懷懸海岳，知心悟道慕時空。

Saying Things Right
Sweet talking should not be visibly moved,
The soft sound brings the friendship in loved.
People are full of warmth in third month spring,
The simple language of deep affection it’d bring.
Gather and embrace our minds as sea and mount
Intimate chatting would the time and space account.
Follow the fate and aspiration set in harmony around,
In practical communication we seek common ground.

Doing Things Right
In happiness we follow the trend should be on top,
It is undoubtedly to grasp the opportunity to start.
Determine strong affection in life realm down and up,
As a flag signals the things we do will be in the heart.
The passes-by are in direction ahead of road well,
Do not part from each other in time and place right.
Keep sincerity whereabouts on the road we travel,
Well predict coming and going situation in our sight.

王中權(quán)，男，研究生畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院，從事臨床和醫(yī)學(xué)研究，已退休。酷愛文學(xué)，詩歌和音樂?，F(xiàn)居美國。
Wang Zhongquan, male, graduated from Fudan University School of Medicine with a postgraduate degree, engaged in clinical and medical research, and has retired. Passionate about literature, poetry and music. Now living in the United States.

任誠剛，英語教授。1989年畢業(yè)于美國康科迪亞大學(xué)。系威斯康星大學(xué)研究生、旅居美國十四年。1998年回國在云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)外語學(xué)院擔(dān)任教學(xué)與測試室主任、云南省翻譯工作者協(xié)會理事、研究生高級文學(xué)翻譯等課程教學(xué)。發(fā)表論文50余篇。出版《韻譯天安門詩抄100首》《英韻周恩來朱德及陳毅詩選五十首》等譯著。
Ren Chenggang，professor of English, graduated from Concordia University US in 1989. He was a graduate student in University of Wisconsin and lived in the United States for 14 years. In 1998, he returned to China and worked at the College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University, serving as the director of the Teaching and Testing Office and is a council member of the Yunnan Translators Association. Teaching Advanced Lilterary Translation and other courses. He has published more than 50 papers. Translation books as rhymed versions of 100 Poems of Tiananmen and 50 selected poems by Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi etc.

Yun Duo, whose real name is Song Xianyun, is a Chinese anchor of “Overseas Phoenix Poetry Translation society”；a retired cadre of a state-owned enterprise in Tianjin. She has been engaged in TV broadcasting and editing work in large state-owned enterprises for many years, and often served as the host of various activities. In 2018, she participated in the Binhai New Area Peak Recitation Competition and won the first prize in the combination category.
