前言：讀2月4日《人民日報(bào)》(海外版)，“1996年國外最受歡迎中文書刊揭曉”，《全宋詞》名列第六。在今天的商品經(jīng)濟(jì)社會里《全宋詞》猶能占得一席，擠入前六強(qiáng)。這意味著什么?余悟出了其中緣由，感賦浣溪沙詞一首。
柳范蘇辛②妙句篇，
婉約豪放并柔堅(jiān)，
銅琶鐵板笛清弦。
格律詩詞推不倒，
至今吟唱亦新鮮，
風(fēng)騷更領(lǐng)萬千年。

② 柳指柳永，為宋代婉約派詞人代表。范指范仲淹。蘇指蘇軾，他開創(chuàng)了意境清新、豪邁奔放的詞風(fēng)。宋詞豪放派，是他首創(chuàng)。辛指辛棄疾，為南宋詞家的杰出代表，與北宋蘇軾齊名，并稱蘇辛。

Congratulation to Entire Song Lyrics Entering Top Six①

Foreword: Reading the people's daily (Overseas Edition) on February 4, the most popular Chinese books and periodicals abroad were announced in 1996, and the book Entre Song Lyrics ranked sixth. In today's commodity economy society, the book Song Lyrics can still occupy a seat and squeeze into the top six. What does that mean? I realized the reason and wrote this lyric.
LIU, FAN, SU, and XIN ② compose wonderful line,
The graceful, bold and the unrestrained combine,
Pi Pa strings copper cymbal drum n’ flute sound fine.
Metrical lyrics cannot be knocked down, dear,
Recite and chant poem today are still in cheer,
Literary excellence leads thousands years.

① Composed in Milwaukee, February 1997. It istranslated into English on November 20, 2021.
② LIU refers to LIU Yong, a representative of the graceful poets of the Song Dynasty. FAN refers to FANZhongyan. SU refers to SU Shi, who created a CI style with fresh artistic conception and bold and unrestrained style. XIN refers to XIN Qiji, an outstanding representative of CI poets in the Southern Song Dynasty, and is as famous as SU Shi in the Northern Song Dynasty. They are called SU-XIN.
2.七律·戲嘲梳短獨(dú)辮子洋漢①
前言：在今社會不時地可見到“趕時髦”“創(chuàng)稀奇”之梳留短獨(dú)辮洋漢。真可謂不倫不類、不男不女。實(shí)為“頹廢者”象征，令倒胃。以一詩戲爾。
外漢奇來中國館，
金絲獨(dú)尾辮子軍②。
事思清政昏庸?jié)ⅲ?/p>
洋辱華人病弱貧。
主做留頭非留發(fā)③，
自強(qiáng)進(jìn)步更進(jìn)心。
可憐斯位無知史，
受諷挨譏枉效顰。

①此詩作于1997年2月13日發(fā)表在陜西紫陽1997年5月號南山報(bào)》上，并
入選1997年《中國當(dāng)代詩詞選》(第5集)。
②辮子軍:典出張勛復(fù)辟。張勛妄圖恢復(fù)已被推翻的清王朝，率領(lǐng)其辮子軍(清廷之走狗)進(jìn)犯新型的革命政權(quán)。
③在辛亥革命期間，社會上流傳著革命、進(jìn)步的口號:“留頭不留發(fā)”。
Seven-character Octave
Ridicule A Foreign Man with Short Braids
Foreword: In today's society, we can see from time to time foreign men with short braids who follow "the fashion" and create "rarity". It's really nondescript and neither male nor female. In fact, it is the symbol of "decadent", in which makes me upset. I’d ridicule with a poem.
To a Chinese restaurant a foreigner has come,
He had gold pigtail and been the Braid Army from.②
It reminds me of “No Chinese Entry the Door”,
The Chinese were humiliated as the sick n’ poor.
The head rather than the hair③a master should keep,
The self improvement and the progress we would leap.
The poor ignorant man knows nothing on history,
Ridiculed n’ mocked to imitate beauty glittery.

① This poem was published in Nanshan Daily, May 1997, Ziyang, Shaanxi Province on February 13, 1997. And it was chosen selected into Selected Chinese Contemporary Poems (Issue 5) in 1997.The poem is translated into English on Nov. 20th2021.
② Braid Army: The restoration of Zhang Xun. Zhang Xun attempted to restore the overthrown Qing Dynasty and led his Braided Army (the running dog of the Qing government) to invade the new revolutionary regime.
③ During the revolution of 1911, the slogan of revolution and progress spread in the society: "Keep your head but not your hair".
雙語作者簡介：
任誠剛，英語教授，【海外詩譯社】副社長。1989年畢業(yè)于美國康科迪亞大學(xué)，系威斯康星大學(xué)研究生、旅居美國十四年。1998年回國在云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)外語學(xué)院擔(dān)任教學(xué)與測試室主任、云南省翻譯工作者協(xié)會理事、研究生高級文學(xué)翻譯等課程教學(xué)。發(fā)表論文50余篇。出版《韻譯天安門詩抄100首》《英韻周恩來朱德及陳毅詩選五十首》等譯著。
Ren Chenggang，professor of English, graduated from Concordia University US in 1989. He was a graduate student in University of Wisconsin and lived in the United States for 14 years. In 1998, he returned to China and worked at the College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University, serving as the director of the Teaching and Testing Office and is a council member of the Yunnan Translators Association. Teaching Advanced Lilterary Translation and other courses. He has published more than 50 papers. Translation books as rhymed versions of 100 Poems of Tiananmen and 50 selected poems by Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi etc.
