I am getting old

夕陽(yáng)
The setting sun
一口口吞嚼著我的青春
Chewing and swallowing my youth mouth by mouth
一根長(zhǎng)桿
A long pole
可以釣起一條瘦弱的涇河
Can fish a thin river of Jing River
只剩下半壺老酒
Just half a jug of old wine was left
慢慢喝著
Slowly sipping
直到時(shí)間冰冷了江湖
Until the time freezes the lakes and rivers
再放走那古樸的鄉(xiāng)音
And then let go of that primitive country accent
這時(shí)家在河上
Now home was on the river
水聲風(fēng)聲都成了我的親人
The sound of the water and the wind have become my relatives
河水一路冷下去
The river is getting cold
岸邊只有空洞的思緒守歲
only the empty thoughts keep the time by the shore
泡好的茶杯里
In a cup of tea
遲鈍的目光
Dull eyes
如秋天的黃瓜失去水分
Just like a cucumber loses its moisture in autumn
談吐的記憶
The memory of talking
是飯后的余茶
It's the after-dinner tea
如熱氣上升像水下降
Like heat rising like water falling
在夕陽(yáng)步入黑暗之間
Between sunset and darkness
白了頭發(fā)老了關(guān)節(jié)脫了牙齒
Grey hair old joints out of teeth
那是舊時(shí)代棄下的一枚石器
It was a stone tool abandoned in the old days
又像戲曲里人記不起的配角
And like a supporting role who was not be remembered in the opera
