有誰知，中國企業(yè)家們的剛強與脆弱！
因為那太陽般的盔甲過于耀眼，人們的目光穿透不了那耀眼的盔甲，抵達不了他們的心靈。在人們眼里，他們像那盔甲一樣的堅硬，直到有一天，那堅硬的軀體搖晃或倒下時，人們在震驚之余，不明白為什么如此堅硬的身軀會毫無征兆地脆弱？其實我知道，有一群的我們也知道，那剛強與脆弱只差一步之遙。
企業(yè)家對社會承擔的責任和使命是難以想象的崇高，雙肩背負的都是沉甸甸的希望和未來。企業(yè)家表面看上去風光無限，而一旦選擇成為了一名企業(yè)家，便意味著他的一生從此將與壓力、競爭、勞累、焦慮結(jié)伴而行，再也不得輕松。企業(yè)家承擔著身體、精神的雙重壓力，負重而行。
如果你問我，一個企業(yè)家留給企業(yè)最好的禮物是什么？我認為精神層面的價值比物質(zhì)價值更加重要。企業(yè)家在精神層面的建樹，往往比創(chuàng)造這家企業(yè)更為重要，它是一種非常重要而特殊的無形的生產(chǎn)要素。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的語境下，企業(yè)家精神作為一股無形力量，往往被系統(tǒng)的提煉為企業(yè)的文化或者價值觀。

After they have experienced the storm, but also met the rainbow.They are always so elegant, always so deep, always with a calm smile on their faces...
Who knows, the staunchness and vulnerability of Chinese entrepreneurs!
Because the sun-like armour is too dazzling, people's eyes cannot penetrate the dazzling armour and reach their hearts. In people's eyes, they are as hard as that armour, until one day, when the strong body shakes or falls, people are shocked and don't understand why such a strong body is fragile without warning? In fact, I know that there is a group of us who also know that staunchness and vulnerability are only one step away.
Entrepreneurs have unimaginably lofty responsibilities and missions to society, and they carry heavy hopes and futures on their shoulders.Entrepreneurs seem to be infinite on the surface, but once he chooses to be an entrepreneur, it means that his life will be accompanied by pressure, competition, fatigue, and anxiety, and it will never be easier. Entrepreneurs bear the dual pressure both of body and spirit, and walk with heavy burdens.
If you ask me, what is the best gift an entrepreneur can leave to his or her enterprise ? I think spiritual values are more important than material values. The achievements of entrepreneurs at the spiritual level are often more important than the creation of this enterprise. It is a very important and special intangible factor of production. In the context of the modern enterprise system, entrepreneurship, as an invisible power, is often systematically refined into the corporate culture or values.
