1.西南之南
云朵，蘸著河水
一刻不停的擦濕馱峰一樣的山巒
綠色醒醒點點
一只羊站在崔畔上
“咩一咩一”
大聲的喊：我想云彩
另一只羊，吊在羊腸小路上
一頭扎進青羊河
河里有一只羊皮筏子，和
一只槳
我問羊：你要渡我到那里？
羊說：西南之南

1. South of the Southwest
The clouds, dipping in the river
Constantly wetting hump-like mountains
Spreading over in green
A sheep stands on the river bank
"Baa baa baa"
Loudly shout: I miss the clouds
Another sheep, hanging on the gut path
Into the Qingyang River
There is a sheepskin raft in the river, and
A paddle
I ask the sheep, where are you going to ferry me?
The sheep says: South of the southwest

2.沱沱河
沱沱河
一直流淌在云端
與唐古拉雪峰，與太陽
親近與逃離糾纏了無數(shù)洪荒
收集了太多的白雪，云彩，月光
一直被供奉在詞語的圣殿里
坐在圣僧涼曬經(jīng)卷的青石旁，我淚流滿面
我把自己的卑微，面具，與時光一同卸下
讓自己躺在水面之下
聽那云朵和雪碰撞的聲音
骨殖里全是雪白

2. The Tuotuo River
The Tuotuo River
Has been flowing in the clouds
Close to Tanggula snow peaks, and the sun
To escape from the prehistoric entanglement
Too much snow, clouds, moonlight
Have been enshrined in the temple of words
As I sat beside the bluestone
Where the holy man was drying the sutras
I was bursting into tears
I put down my humble, mask, and timetogether
To let myself lie under the water
Listening to the sound of the clouds
Bumping against the snow
The bone as all white

3.遇見可可西里
七月，逃離長安
我又一次陷進了可可西里
遼闊的荒蕪，我愛它只是因為
它又一次次耐心地在雪水中復活
復活的不只有沙礫中的小草，蟋蜴
還有那些喝足了雪水的礫石，以及礫石下隱密的生命
那些收集了云朵的大水
一汪汪的匯聚成湖
讓雪峰，藍天倒塌下來
讓人相信可可西里的荒原下
還有另外一個天

3. Meeting Hoh Xil
In July, to escape from Chang 'an
I got stuck in Hoh Xil again
The vast desolation, I love it only because
It repeatedly resurrected in snow water patiently
Not only grass and vultures in gravel as revived
And the gravel that has drunk snow water,
And the hidden life beneath the gravel
The great water collecting clouds
To form a lake
To let snow peak, blue sky collapse down
Making people believe that
Hoh Xil under the wilderness
There's another sky

4. 藏羚羊
高原的云彩很低
低到掛在一群藏羚羊的長角上
它們挑著云彩緩慢的移動
象是挑著羊族的經(jīng)幡，怡然自得
陽光正好，鋪陳到草地上
照見一洼洼雪水
照見四蹄濺起的野草，與苔花一起播香
在這樣的七月
我經(jīng)不起這顏色和香味的蠱惑
拈起一朵白色的小苔花
請求高原為我打開一扇門
一扇能讓我走進亙古的時間里的門
（2021年7月24日途徑青藏高原唐蕃古道，偶與一群藏羚羊在草地上悠閑。）
4. The Tibetan Antelope
Clouds are low over the plateau
Low enough to hang from
The long horns of a herd of Tibetan antelopes
They pick up the clouds and move slowly
Like carrying the prayer flags of thetribe
Happy and complacent
The sunis just right, spreading out on the grass
Shining over puddles of snow are visible
Shining over the hoof-splashed grass
With moss flowers sowing fragrance
In July like this
I can't stand the color and smell
So to pick up a small white moss
And ask the plateau to open a door for me
A door that allows me to walk through the ages
(On July 24, 2021, I passed the Tangbo Ancient Road on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. I was leisurely with a group of Tibetan antelopes on the grassland.)
5.雅魯藏布大峽谷
南迦巴瓦峰下
神女的眼淚匯聚成汪洋
在大峽谷里奔騰
匆匆走在江邊
跟隨每一朵歡騰的浪花
去探密一條大河隱淌的血脈
白雪一樣的風，記錄下了一些村莊的奔跑
派鎮(zhèn)，呑白，索松，直白，達林，赤白，加拉
大水流經(jīng)每座山巖，每寸土地的密秘
被兩岸的神山，寺院，古道，碉樓，以及
青稞田，油菜花，野玫瑰詮釋
巖頂?shù)纳聱椀鹣乱欢涠湓撇?，艷成兩岸桃花
陽光在卵石灘鋪陳心思
尼羊河燦成一片金黃
打卡渡，烽隧上高聳的城堡
秀巴村，一座座黑黝黝的雕樓
金東鄉(xiāng)的列山古墓
永仲增的磨巖石刻
太昭鄉(xiāng)的茶馬古道
……
歷史一路磕磕碰碰
放逐與重生的輪回
浸透山河的感染力
任何聒噪，膚淺，虛構，想象，隨性，轉(zhuǎn)意
都將像江水
被一寸寸的巖壁沖得粉碎
此刻，閉上眼睛，聆聽風語
讓大水在身體的河堤里滿灌
讓一粒粒白雪，在心臟里重新開花

5. Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon
Under Namjagbarwa Peaks
The tears of the goddess gathered into the ocean
Galloping through the Grand Canyon
Hurried along the river
Following every joyous wave
To discover the hidden veins of a great river
The snow-like wind recorded some village runs
Pytown, Swallow White, Sozon, Plain, Darrin, Red White, Gala
The waters flow over every rock and every inch of earth
As explained by the sacred mountain, temple, ancient road, towers, as well
Highland barley field, rape flower, wild rose
The eagle on the top of the rock is to
Pick down a cloud, and turn into peach blossoms on both sides of the river banks
The sun's spreading on the pebble beach
The Niyang River is golden
At the Daka Cross, the tower above the tunnel
At the Xiba Village, a block of dark towers
The ancient tomb of Mount Lieshan in Jindong Township
Grinding rock carving by Yongzhong Zeng
The tea horse ancient road in Taizhao Township
...
History has had a bumpy ride
The cycle of exile and rebirth
Permeating the mountains and rivers
Any noise, superficiality, fiction, imagination, spontaneity, diversion
Will be like rivers
Crushed inch by inch by rock walls
Now, close my eyes and listen to the wind
Let the waters fill the banks of the body
Let grains of snow, in the heart to bloom again

6. 牦牛
一塊巨石上刻4982m，羊卓雍措峰的高度
一匹牦牛馱著白云，啃荒
那是一匹吃草的牦牛
一匹越過南迦巴瓦峰的牦牛
一匹駝過雅魯藏布江的牦牛
一匹用乳汁喂養(yǎng)青藏高原的牦牛
拉薩城里
販賣牛角
飾著的紅綢子花
象是高原胸膛里的一腔熱血
我輕輕的吹響牛角
聽見父親對雪域最深情的祈禱

6. The Yak
A huge stone carved 4982m, the height of YamdroPeak
A yak carrying white clouds gnawed the land
It is a yak eating grass
A yak crosses Namjagbarwa Peak
A yak camels across the Brahmaputra River
A yak suckles on the Tibetan Plateau
Inthe city of Lhasa,
Horns on sale
Decorated with red silken flowers
Like a cavity of blood in plateau chest
I blow the horns gently
I heard my father's deepest prayer for the snow

7.羊卓雍措湖
這里是云，星星的天堂
一朵朵云彩飄進湖里洗澡
一顆顆星星跳進湖里打撈月亮
老鄉(xiāng)說，神女把一條綠松石鑲連遺落在這里
戴在山輪耳廓
一畦畦油菜花在風中微笑
一眼望不到盡頭的圣湖啊
只有幾只牦牛響著鼻兒在湖畔蹓跶
牽著綠水轉(zhuǎn)山轉(zhuǎn)佛
而那只黑色的藏獒呢
熱情地牽著我的手
走向一個名叫白村的村莊
石墻，石屋，石階
蜿蜒而入云端
象是被高原風遺落的部落
一只岡巴拉羊
站在村頭向西眺望
隱約看見寧金抗沙雪峰
向東，是綠草茵茵的羊卓雍措峰
一只山鷹蹲在山頂
褐毛大氅，定是石頭部落的酉長
（2021年7月29日于羊卓雍措湖，該湖又稱碧玉湖，天鵝池，海抜4441米，傳說是神女遺落的一串綠松石耳鏈，戴在山的耳輪上，東西長130公里，南北寬70公里，是喜馬拉雅山北麓內(nèi)陸湖，西藏三大神湖之一。向西是寧金抗沙雪峰，海抜7206米，西藏4大神山之一。）
7. Yamdrok Lake
This is the heaven of clouds and stars
Clouds drifting into the lake to bathe
Stars jumping into the lake to retrieve the moon
The villager said that the goddess had left a turquoise inlay here
Wearing the mountain ear rings
Cauliflowers smiling in the wind
A holy lake as far as the eye can see
Only a few yaks snorted along the lakeside
Leading green water to turn mountains and Buddha
And the black mastiff
Held my hand warmly
Walking to a village called White Village
Stone walls, stone houses, stone steps
Into the clouds
Like a tribe lost in the highland wind
A Gombala sheep
Standing at the end of the village looking west
Looming Ningjin anti-sand and snow peak
To the east, the lush Yamdrok Peak
A mountain eagle sat on the top of the hill
A brunette cloak must be the ruler of the stone tribe
(Yamdrok Lake on July 29, 2021, Yamdrok Lake refers to a set of turquoise earrings left by a goddess. It is 130 kilometers long from east to west and 70 kilometers wide from north to south. It is an inland lake in the northern foothills of the Himalayas and one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet. To the west is Ningjin Kangsha Snow Peak, at an altitude of 7206 meters, one of the four sacred mountains in Xizang.)
8.今夜，在魯朗小鎮(zhèn)
今夜，在魯朗小鎮(zhèn)
沒有遇見龍王
卻遇見了一匹白龍馬
阿媽扶我騎上它
在青稞草地里遛達
一簇紫色的馬纓花挑逗它，心轅意馬
低下頭“咻咻咻”的，輕吻不停
彎月垂下金鉤，拉開了夜幕
青岡木熊熊燃燒
點亮了卓瑪?shù)捻?/span>
拉著扎西的手，舞步歡騰
一陣大風掀起了卓瑪?shù)幕ㄈ棺?/span>
暖昧的氣味彌漫
今夜，龍王去何處轉(zhuǎn)山
小鎮(zhèn)瘋狂，圍著篝火轉(zhuǎn)了一圈又一圈
圍著沸騰的石鍋大口嚼山雞，吃鮮嫩的松茸
我端起大碗青稞酒，把自已和小鎮(zhèn)一起灌醉
直到黑夜的翅膀落滿雪山
我們才回到下榻的酒店
枕著唐魯措河入眠
大水滿灌夢境，杜鵑花開
一座木質(zhì)的經(jīng)筒在河邊葉輪飛濺
“扎西德勒”
（2021年7月26日游覽素有“東方瑞士”美譽的魯朗國際旅游小鎮(zhèn)，魯朗在漢語中釋意為“龍王谷”，此地雪峰、松林、杜鵑花、溪流，是高原天然氧吧，風景絕美。）
8. Tonight, in the Town of Lulang
Tonight, in the small town of Lulang
I did not meet the Dragon King
Instead, met a white dragon horse
Amma helped me to ride it
Walking in the highland barley meadow
A cluster of purple silk flowers to tease
The horse heading down, gently kissing
The crescent moon dropped its golden hook and opened the night
The fir trees were blazing
Lighting up Zhuoma's eyes
Holding Tashi's hand, dancing merrily
A gust of wind lifted Zhuoma's flowery skirt
A warm smell pervaded the air
Tonight, the Dragon King going somewhere
The town went wild, round and round the campfire
Munching pheasant and tender matsutake around a boiling stone pot
I picked up the big bowl of barley wine and get drunk with the town
Till the wings of night falling upon the snow-capped mountains
We just got back to our hotel
To sleep on the Tangrutso River
The flood filling the dream, the rhododendron blossoms
A wooden warp splashing in the impeller of the river
"Tashi Delek"
(July 26, 2021, visiting Lulang International Tourism Town, known as the "Oriental Switzerland". Lulang means "Dragon King Valley" in Chinese. Snow-capped peaks, pine forests, azaleas and streams make it a natural oxygen bar on the plateau, with beautiful scenery.)
