13.大渡卡遺址
氣喘噓噓
爬上大渡卡崖坡上的一座廢墟，我知道
那曾是工布頭人的一處城堡
雅魯藏布江水嘩嘩的拍著崖石
尋問頭人到哪里去了
雕樓上的幾叢紅柳，微風(fēng)吹動(dòng)
仿佛頭人冠上的纓子晃動(dòng)
一截?cái)鄩Ω?，伸出了一株紅杜鵑
搖著手招我
走上前去，聽它啼血
訴說古堡的前朝密事，與波密的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)……
夕陽西下
突然飛來一只禿鷲，站在雕樓頂上
撲扇了一下翅膀
扇滅了最后的光亮
古堡從現(xiàn)世又隱身于歷史的縐折
（雅魯藏布江大渡卡遺址上，有3座雕樓，一截?cái)鄩?，史載曾是林芝直白村附近，雅魯藏布江大峽谷起點(diǎn)，工布族頭人的一處莊園古堡和放馬處，后來在與波密的一場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中摧毀。2021年7月26日行吟于此。）
13. The Ruins of Daduka
To breathe deeply
I climbed a ruin on the slopes of Daduka
I know
It used to be a castle of the Gongbu head
The Yarlung Zangbo River is splashing against the cliffs
To ask where is the headman
A few clumps of tamarisk over the tower
Breeze blowing
As if the tassels on the crown of the headman moved
A red rhododendron stuck out from the bottom of a wall
Shaking hand at me
I stepped forward and listened to it cry
To tell the secrets of the ancient castle, the war with Bomi...
Westward declines the sun
Suddenly flying a vulture, standing on the roof of the sculpture
With a flap of wings
To fan out the last light
Ancient castle from this world hidden in the history of the fold
(At Yarlung Zangbo River Datuka site, there are three towers, a wall, the history recorded that this place iis near the Village of Nyingchi Frank, Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon starting point, a manor of Gongbu people's ancient castle and horse, later destroyed in a war with Bomi. Visiting here on July 26, 2021.)
14.馬 幫
一隊(duì)馬幫
在大峽谷山腰緩慢移動(dòng)
馱著絲綢，茶葉，鹽巴，山貨
一只鷹在頭頂唱著趕馬調(diào)子
當(dāng)馬幫的腳印在雪夜醒來
在石棧道上敲擊出火星
雪水就把峽谷譯成了草坡
當(dāng)春的暖風(fēng)在草尖唱出花朵
夏的陽光在草莖里喊出火焰
馬幫的心就被夢(mèng)境點(diǎn)燃，綻開一朵雪蓮
觸摸南迦巴瓦峰的云彩
哦，扎西踮起腳尖
雙手在流云中劃拉
鷹翅擦出痕跡的天空
有幾粒雪花和星子，突然落在了扎西的掌心
（大峽谷通往墨脫的茶馬古道，自漢朝以來，走過了無數(shù)的漢藏馬幫，身背槍支和鑼鍋，翻越喜馬拉雅山，銅鈴釘鐺，穿透歲月，一直綿延至今…）
14. The Horse Caravan
A horse caravan
Moving slowly along the side of the Grand Canyon
Loaded with silk, tea, salt, mountain goods
An eagle sang a horse-driven tune overhead
When the footprints of the caravan wake in the snow
Strike sparking on the stone walkway
The snow turned the canyon into a grassy slope
When the warm spring wind sings flowers in the grass
The summer sun cries fire through the grass stalks
The horse gang's heart as ignited by the dream
Blooming a snow lotus
Touching the clouds of Namjagbarwa Peak
Oh, Tashi stands on her toes
His hands were pulling in the clouds
The eagle's wings scratched the sky
A few snowflakes and planetesimals suddenly fell on Tashi's palm
(Since the Han Dynasty, the ancient Tea Horse Road leading from the Grand Canyon to Motuo has been traversed by numerous Han and Tibetan horse gangs, armed with guns and gong pots, over the Himalayas, with bells clanging. It has been stretching to this day...)
15.回家
今夜，我走出身體
在水葬臺(tái)附近村莊
尋個(gè)避靜處，枕著拉薩河入夢(mèng)
想學(xué)著阿爸的樣子，皈依一條純凈寬闊的大水
與水草魚蟲為伴
那其實(shí)就是人類的來處去處
巖石上的白色的梯子，被月光叫醒
一再伸向天空
距水葬臺(tái)越來越遠(yuǎn)
距天堂越來越近
阿爸說：生前吃了哪么多魚，死后就去回到魚腹里好了
一報(bào)還一報(bào)
浪花拍出月光的聲音
河畔蓮花盡開
耳邊縈繞的都是花花草草的梵音
夜鷹一聲鳴叫，與夜空擦出火星
引導(dǎo)靈魂回家
（拉薩市曲水縣曲甫河與拉薩河交匯處，山崖上畫有許多白色的梯子，當(dāng)?shù)厝私刑焯?。在西藏夲土宗教笨教傳說中，天有十三層，由一條天梯連接天上和人間，笨教習(xí)俗中，人死了，或天藏，或水藏，死一人就在巖上畫一天梯，寓意靈魂登上天梯上天堂。）
15. Going Home
Tonight, I get out of my body
In the village near the water burial platform
To find a quiet place to sleep by the Lhasa River
I want to learn the appearance of a father To take refuge in a pure wide water
In companionship with aquatic plants, fish and insects
That's where humans come from
White ladders on rocks, awakened by moonlight
Reaching for the sky
Farther away from the water burial platform
Closer and closer to heaven
Abba said, I ate a lot of fish before I died, So I can go back to the fish belly
What goes around comes around
The waves made the sound of moonlight
The lotus blossoms on the riverside
All I hear are the strains of flowers and plants
With a cry, the nighthawk wiped sparks from the night sky
Leading the soul home
(At the confluence of Qufu River and Lhasa River in Qushui County, Lhasa city, there are many white ladders painted on the cliff, which are called Sky Ladders by local people. In the legend of some Tibetan religions, the sky has thirteen layers, and a celestial staircase connects the heaven and the earth. In this custom, the people who have died, some in heaven or some in water, can draw a staircase on the rock, which means that the soul can get on the staircase and enter the heaven.)
16.遇見卓瑪
我走進(jìn)尼洋河邊的嘎拉村
陽光舔著院子里的二層樓，也舔著格?；?/span>
一位五十歲的卓瑪
熱情的招呼透著牛奶的清香
我癡迷于她家紅茶桌上的銀具
還有裊著香氣的奶茶，酥油，糌粑
卓瑪說：她有2個(gè)男人，8頭牦牛，20只羊
大男人放牛羊
小男人打銀器
說著臉上綻開了一朵桃花
我看見爐膛里的牛糞火一閃一閃
鍋里的牦牛肉咕咚咕咚翻滾
墻上掛著的牛角淚光閃閃
正瞪大眼晴深情地望向我
突然，它張大嘴巴叫了一聲
像是要問候失散多年的漢人親戚
走出門，我揀起我的影子
當(dāng)成一截唐柳
插進(jìn)了泥土
（西藏林芝市巴宜區(qū)林芝鎮(zhèn)的嘎拉村，位于尼洋河谷地，春季，雪峰皚皚，泥洋河谷地，桃花盛開，油菜花金花，一幢幢二層畫樓藏家新村掩映其中，美似仙境。）
16. Meeting Zhuoma
I walked into the village of Kala on the Niyang River
Sunshine licked the second floor of the courtyard, also licked gesang flowers
50-year-old Zhuoma
Warmly greeted me through the fragrance of milk
I was obsessed with the silver on her tea table
And the aroma of milk tea, ghee, zanba
Zhuoma said: She has two men, eight yaks and 20 sheep
Big man is to herd cattle and sheep
Little man is to make silver
As her face blossomed a peach blossom
I saw a cow-dung fire flickering in the hearth
The yak meat in the pot is bubbling
The horn on the wall glistened with tears
Staring at me with deep feeling
Suddenly, the horn opened its mouth wide and let out a cry
As if greeting a long-lost Han relative
Walking out the door, I picked up my shadow
As like a Tang willow
To stuck in the dirt
(Tibet Nyingchi City Bayi District Nyingchi Town gala village, located in the Niyang River Valley, in spring, snow capped, peach blossom in full bloom, golden flowers, a two-story painting towers hiddenin the new village, so beautiful like a fairyland.)
