任誠剛，英語教授。1989年畢業(yè)于美國康科迪亞大學。系威斯康星大學研究生、旅居美國十四年。1998年回國在云南農業(yè)大學外語學院擔任教學與測試室主任、云南省翻譯工作者協(xié)會理事、研究生高級文學翻譯等課程教學。發(fā)表論文50余篇。出版《韻譯天安門詩抄100首》《英韻周恩來朱德及陳毅詩選五十首》等譯著。
Ren Chenggang，professor of English, graduated from Concordia University US in 1989. He was a graduate student in University of Wisconsin and lived in the United States for 14 years. In 1998, he returned to China and worked at the College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University, serving as the director of the Teaching and Testing Office and is a council member of the Yunnan Translators Association. Teaching Advanced Lilterary Translation and other courses. He has published more than 50 papers. Translation books as rhymed versions of 100 Poems of Tiananmen and 50 selected poems by Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi etc.

引言：今年母親已是八十八歲高壽，特將二十四年前在母親退休時寫的賀詩及今年一月一日寫在《英韻<旅美吟稿>》的英譯詩投寄《海外詩譯》社，愿作品得到三語（漢英粵）詩音畫的傳頌與紀念，在此并祝母親長壽安康，闔家幸福！-- 任誠剛
Preface: My mother is already eighty-eight years old this year, 24 years ago when my mother got retired I wrote a poem. And on January 1st this year, I translated it into English and was collected into my new book－Memories of America: English Rhymed Poems and Lyrics, in which this poem is sent to Overseas Phoenix Poetry Translation Society, willing to obtain the three languages (Chinese English and Cantonese) to be recited and published in chanting the great congratulation to Mom, and I wish mother longevity, health, and a happy life! － Ren Chenggang
