坦腹晨曦下，身心皆激昂。
春風(fēng)吻吾面，綠樹探高墻。
黃雀聲清脆，催吾速起床。
養(yǎng)身心曠逸，歲月喜平常。
擺脫擠車苦，無需勞作忙。
終生為部屬，今日位君王。
朝食益脾胃，干稀皆適量。
吾源諸夏客，派遣到西方。
積習(xí)艱更改，基因繼爹娘。
君夸芝士美，吾道炸糕香。
君愛吃生肉，吾饞排骨湯。
餐完隨步去，喬作讀書郎。
城里崇文院，門開入內(nèi)堂。
藏書孤典籍，靜謐閱文章。
熟曉全球事，胸中有主張。
天天觀電視，事事道端詳。
頻道任吾選，清醒不混茫。
國情多友善，人氣必登場。
福祉定民意，助貧需解囊。
自由加改革，民主出貞祥。
法典律民眾，國綱期永昌。
泱泱一方土，個(gè)個(gè)有尊仰。
中國多聲譽(yù)，西方亦奮強(qiáng)。
全球共攜手，世界有希望。
美食吾之欲，烹庖進(jìn)灶房。
魚蝦皆至愛，肉喜豕牛羊。
頓頓配葷素，餐餐悅胃腸。
佳肴饞欲滴，口福理應(yīng)當(dāng)。
快意試糕點(diǎn)，決心忘血糖。
飽餐人思睡，意念早飛翔。
訪友星巴克，交心情顯彰。
欣然致意罷，各自咖啡嘗。
侃侃說成敗，拳拳論短長。
兄憂天下計(jì)，弟慮中東殃。
兄評(píng)韜謀遠(yuǎn)，弟論國譽(yù)揚(yáng)。
話題多共識(shí)，聲韻漸高亢。
鄰座顯厭色，方知舉謬荒。
低聲續(xù)私語，話瑣意鏗鏘。
告別兄長后，歸家換泳裝。
天天戲池水，長泳樂無疆。
暮色來臨際，漫空舞艷光。
夕陽無限景，老矣拒瘋狂。
留得心田凈，蒼顏更肅莊。
壽長誠可貴，年月不慌張。
暮歲不虛度，心寬體健康。
須彌存芥子，方寸會(huì)慈航。
善念憐耆老，禪修建佛墻。
煙光融夜色，風(fēng)勁伴秋涼。
疾步入書屋，揮毫紙墨香。
唐詩吟李杜，元曲唱西廂。
文骨敬韓愈，詞魂慕柳郎。
筆耕生倦態(tài)，入夢(mèng)進(jìn)恬鄉(xiāng)。
生活多精彩，悠然享夕陽。

I love Sunshine

When the Sun casts its first light onto my bed
I could feel the warmth of the sunshine
The Sun makes me feel so glad
No longer crazily running to the street
To catch up with the bus or train
For taking me to work
Now I am relaxed and released
Lying on the quilt
I love sunshine a lot
Because it brings me happiness and comfort
Some unknown birds are singing outside
They are reminding me
Of getting up early
Accompanied by the morning sun
I know I should have my breakfast
Foods give me energy and enjoyment
After the morning meal is finished
I leave home
For a designated place I wish to visit
Crossing a broad street
I can see the library door is opened
Morning newspaper reading is a must
It presents me with the whole world
Magazine or book reading is also needed
Whoever the Republican or Democratic
Whatever the private or public
Fair life to me is the most important
From the Dragon Country
Where I once lived
To the Nation of Donkey & Elephant
My life style has never been changed
You like your potato chips and hamburger
I love my dumpling and steamed-bread
You may like the bloody steak
But I always love the meats well cooked
The traditional diet
Does my stomach good
You may laugh at my unchanged habit
But I do not mind
I have inherited the habit from my ancestor
I am aware of a simple fact
All nationalities should be equally treated
To enjoy the peace together
Is what the world’s people want
It is lucky that I have a TV set
It entertains me
With news, movies and music
Kitchen’s cooking smell
Arouses my appetite
I know I should enjoy my lunch food
Meats, vegetables and seafood-soup
Are all my favorite
Without caring about the blood sugar content
Eager to taste a piece of cake
Life period can never be ignored
But the life quality
Must also be considered
After a full meal and drink
People usually wish to have a nap
But siesta has never been my intent
Afternoon is a good time for a coffee break.
And the coffee time must be jointly enjoyed
Together with my old neighbor and good friend
Sitting face to face at a Starbuck
We talked, argued and laughed
The loudness we made would not be stopped
Until some people sitting by got annoyed
Our voices had to be lowered
But the conversation continued
He told me something
About the great statesmen he liked
I said to him
How deeply I love the country I lived
He knew well on some historical events
I recalled a few famous scholars I admired
We chatted on the Middle East
We talked about America, China and Europe
We finally touched the topic of sport
Peaceful, amicable and heartfelt
Both my friend and I
Wished to be communicating even at night
Saying a good-bye to my old folk
I drove to the swimming pool
For doing my daily routine work
Swimming can make a magic
Swimming helps me forget anything unpleasant
When the sunset time arrived
The sky became so resplendent
I loved the amazing dusk
The last ray of sunshine fantastically glittered
I felt as if the sky and me myself
Were automatically merged
No matter human beings lives
Are limited or prolonged
To our life
We must have a correct attitude
If we respect a creature
This creature would become our friend
If we hate the people around
We will be definitely isolated
Evening God knocks at my door
Together with a gust of light wind
I suddenly become very thrilled
Because the evening is a good time
For me to display my writing talent
Writing of articles, poems and books
Is something which can excite my interest
I never feel tired when I obtain an ideal topic
I began to do writing after I got retired
Compared to money or power
A retired man’s article and poem writing
Is more important
Moon God warns me
When the night is too late
It is the time for me to go to bed
Sleeping would help earn my energy back
What a wonderful time every day I spend
I do enjoy my life
I do like the moments of sunrise and sunset
Oh, my life is so great
