美西時(shí)間2022 年10 月15 日，世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)揭牌儀式上，正式宣告啟動(dòng)《人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展研究院》、《世界和平糧農(nóng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中心》。并榮獲美國(guó)大西雅圖金郡官方授予《世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)日》榮譽(yù)。喜訊喜訊《世界和平日》誕生!

美國(guó)和中國(guó)是兩大強(qiáng)國(guó)。齊心協(xié)力是世界的福祉。
世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)堅(jiān)持促進(jìn)美中友誼和國(guó)際友誼，促進(jìn)國(guó)際文化藝術(shù)交流和經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展。

世界和平是每個(gè)人的向往，每個(gè)人的責(zé)任。請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我在這里表達(dá)我個(gè)人的“世界觀”。我想分享今年6月1日寫(xiě)給聯(lián)合國(guó)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)古特雷斯先生的信和聯(lián)合國(guó)《建議書(shū)》。（建議書(shū)不涉及任何政治觀點(diǎn)和立場(chǎng))

我是世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)創(chuàng)始人,肩負(fù)世界和平使命,在這里重點(diǎn)談世界和平、人類(lèi)文明、糧食農(nóng)業(yè)、世界貨幣、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)與和平.
放眼世界，危機(jī)四伏。
世界大戰(zhàn)不斷擴(kuò)展,包括金融戰(zhàn)、技術(shù)戰(zhàn)、輿論戰(zhàn)、信息戰(zhàn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)、電子戰(zhàn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)、貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)、武器戰(zhàn)、文化戰(zhàn)、能源戰(zhàn)、電磁戰(zhàn)等現(xiàn)代熱戰(zhàn)與冷戰(zhàn)。
國(guó)際秩序失去了公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，國(guó)家和國(guó)家從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變成了斗爭(zhēng)，從暗中內(nèi)訌變成了明目張膽的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。
殘酷的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)讓陌生人成為敵人，血腥的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)互相殘殺，無(wú)數(shù)年輕的生命躺在戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上,永遠(yuǎn)回不了家。
人的心態(tài)極度扭曲,失去了人性善良,不擇手段一心想賺錢(qián);為官不為民,貪污腐敗現(xiàn)象驚人,貧富差距越來(lái)越大,導(dǎo)致不滿、憤怒、種族仇恨,暴力事件頻繁發(fā)生,社會(huì)秩序亂象嚴(yán)重。
山火、海嘯、瘟疫自然災(zāi)害不斷發(fā)生,所謂的自然災(zāi)害實(shí)為人類(lèi)制造?
人類(lèi)到了最危險(xiǎn)的時(shí)候!人類(lèi)必須覺(jué)醒!
向聯(lián)合國(guó)提出的七項(xiàng)建議包括:世界和平統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線聯(lián)盟；建立聯(lián)合國(guó)和平黨作為世界和平目標(biāo)的第三方監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)；人類(lèi)文明的發(fā)展；糧食和農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展；宗教聯(lián)盟；世界貨幣;科技建立在為人類(lèi)服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上,制定科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)律
世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)的成立以及展開(kāi)的工作，將是為實(shí)現(xiàn)世界和平的基礎(chǔ)工程。
世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)世界和平糧食與農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中心的成立始于人們視糧食為天。糧食是世界糧食和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，是世界和平的基礎(chǔ)，是人類(lèi)賴以生存的基本條件。目前，許多地方仍處于饑餓和貧困狀態(tài)，發(fā)展糧食和農(nóng)業(yè)是重中之重。
水稻是世界上重要的糧食作物,它養(yǎng)活了世界上一半以上的人口。你聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)旱稻嗎?現(xiàn)在,旱稻技術(shù)成功問(wèn)世,它的神奇在于它的生命力特別頑強(qiáng),可以在石頭堆里生長(zhǎng),在沙漠里種植，就像種麥子，撒種就可以了, 讓荒地變糧倉(cāng)。

關(guān)于科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，人類(lèi)經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)千年的進(jìn)步和技術(shù)發(fā)展，在許多領(lǐng)域都取得了輝煌的成就。這是人類(lèi)智慧的結(jié)晶。但在這個(gè)可喜可賀的時(shí)代，為什么越來(lái)越令人擔(dān)憂？
關(guān)于和平與戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),人與人之間、國(guó)與國(guó)之間存在不可避免的矛盾。我們?nèi)绾翁幚頉_突的發(fā)生和處理，最值得認(rèn)真研究和對(duì)待。矛盾激化就會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)抗，有對(duì)抗就會(huì)有抵抗，矛盾就會(huì)升級(jí)，導(dǎo)致口水戰(zhàn)、輿論戰(zhàn)、武裝戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，甚至核戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。歷史告訴我們，戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)沒(méi)有贏家。它以生命為代價(jià)，使經(jīng)濟(jì)倒退。這是血的教訓(xùn)

第三次世界大戰(zhàn)一旦爆發(fā),絕不是步槍大炮的游戲,核武器也絕不是作存列擺設(shè)的樣品。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)很容易擦槍走火,無(wú)法控制人性的理智,誰(shuí)也不敢保證世界將在哪一天遇上“核戰(zhàn)”,人類(lèi)在哪一天自取滅亡!
關(guān)于人權(quán),“人權(quán)”一直是一個(gè)國(guó)際熱門(mén)話題，試問(wèn)天下,什么叫人權(quán)？人權(quán), 我個(gè)人的理解就是爭(zhēng)取生命本體自然到終結(jié),不人為滅生命的軌跡, 有生命的基本保障,形成生命的基本權(quán)力。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)制造大量的生命毀滅,誰(shuí)之禍？
當(dāng)今人類(lèi)主導(dǎo)的世界迷失了方向, 尤其是科技發(fā)展,有些領(lǐng)域的科技研究已經(jīng)完全違背生命科學(xué)和生命人權(quán)。一步之遙將會(huì)毀滅生命萬(wàn)物的世界。
人類(lèi)文明從原始社會(huì)到各個(gè)階段的進(jìn)步，是由人文、生產(chǎn)力和社會(huì)文化的整體演變而形成。
人類(lèi)文明的發(fā)展是世界和平的基礎(chǔ)。世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)將以歷史使命為重任，創(chuàng)建“人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展研究院”，匯聚國(guó)際專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者和所有愛(ài)好和平的人士，共同探討人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展新秩序。

The World Peace Federation insists on promoting U.S.-China friendship and international friendship, and promoting international cultural and artistic exchanges and economic and trade development.
The World Peace Federation advocates peace: regardless of country, party, government or people, race, gender, religion, or field, we need officials and people to be united, police and people to be united, all people to be united, and all people to be united. I am the founder of the World Peace Federation, and I shoulder the mission of world peace. Here I focus on world peace, human civilization, food and agriculture, world currency, war, and peace.
The world is full of crises.
World wars continue to expand, including financial warfare, technological warfare, public opinion warfare, information warfare, cyber warfare, electronic warfare, economic warfare, trade warfare, weapons warfare, cultural warfare, energy warfare, electromagnetic warfare, and other modern hot and cold wars.
The international order has lost the fair competition, and countries and countries have changed from competition to struggle, from secret infighting to blatant war.
The brutal war makes strangers the enemy, the bloody battlefield kills each other, and countless young lives lie on the battlefield, never to return home.
People’s mentality is extremely distorted, they have lost the kindness of humanity, and they want to make money by any means; they are officials but not the people, corruption is alarming, and the gap between the rich and the poor is growing, resulting in dissatisfaction, anger, racial hatred, frequent violent incidents, and social order. Natural disasters such as wildfires, tsunamis, and plagues continue to occur. Are the so-called natural disasters really created by humans?
Humanity has reached the most dangerous time! Humanity must awaken!
The establishment of the World Peace Food and Agriculture Development Strategy Center of the World Peace Federation began when the people regarded food as the sky. Food is the foundation of world food and agriculture development, the foundation of world peace, and the basic condition for human survival. At present, many places are still in a state of hunger and poverty, and the development of food and agriculture is the top priority.
Rice is an important food crop in the world, which feeds more than half of the world’s population. Have you heard of upland rice? Now, the technology of upland rice has come out successfully. Its magic is that its vitality is particularly tenacious, it can grow in a pile of stones, and can be planted in the desert, just like planting wheat, just sow the seeds, and turn the wasteland into a granary.
Upland rice varieties have the advantages of cold resistance, drought resistance, heat resistance, flood resistance, strong resistance to diseases and insect pests, and developed roots. The yield per mu is more than 400 kilograms in the water-deficient area of alpine and barren slopes, and it can reach more than 500 kilograms in the plain water-deficient area. This is a major breakthrough for mankind to solve food problems and eliminate hunger.
Rice and upland rice are the seeds of life. The first and foremost need of people all over the world is to solve the food problem. Food is not only a commodity, but also a strategic material related to world security. The advent of “upland rice” will be a timely rain for solving the world’s food shortage.
Regarding the development of science and technology, after thousands of years of progress and technological development, human beings have made brilliant achievements in many fields. This is the crystallization of human wisdom. But in this gratifying era, why is it more and more worrying?
About peace and war, There are inevitable contradictions between people and between countries. How we deal with the occurrence and handling of conflicts is most worthy of serious study and treatment. Intensification of contradictions will lead to confrontation, and if there is confrontation, there will be resistance, and contradictions will escalate, leading to wars of words, public opinion, armed wars, and even nuclear wars. History tells us that there are no winners in wars. It costs lives and sets the economy back. This is the lesson of blood.
War comes from the intensification of contradictions, and war and peace are the relationship of offense and defense between the spear and the shield. War is an opponent of peace, but in fact, in the current historical period of social development, war is a measure of the international order, and war has become a core factor in changing international geopolitics. This seems to form a logical contradiction, but it does exist objectively.
Since the world has an “atomic bomb”, mankind has entered an era of the countdown to destruction! Defense of many countries must spend a lot of military expenditures to develop anti-nuclear missiles. The nuclear weapons race is heating up. This is a terrible misunderstanding of humanity. This is a terrible misunderstanding that human beings have entered.
Once the Third World War breaks out, it will never be a game of rifles and cannons, and nuclear weapons will never be a sample for storage. War is easy to misfire, and it is impossible to control the rationality of human nature. No one can guarantee the day when the world will encounter a “nuclear war” and the day when human beings will self-destruct!
Regarding human rights, “human rights” has always been an international hot topic. Let me ask the world, what are human rights? Human rights, my personal understanding is to strive for the natural end of life itself, not to artificially destroy the trajectory of life, to have the basic protection of life, and to form the basic power of life. War creates a lot of destruction of life, who is to blame?
Today’s human-led world has lost its direction, especially the development of science and technology, and scientific and technological research in some fields has completely violated the life sciences and human rights to life. One step away will destroy the world of life and all things.
The progress of human civilization from primitive society to each stage is formed by the overall evolution of humanities, productivity, and social culture.
The development of human civilization is the foundation of world peace. The World Peace Federation will take the historical mission as the important task to create the “Human Civilization Development Research Institute”, bringing together international experts, scholars, and all peace-loving people to discuss the new order of human civilization development.
Human civilization contains the common concept of goodness of various beliefs. Human beings can only return to human nature: at the beginning of human beings, nature is inherently good, only the kindness and moral philosophy of “people-oriented, harmony is the most precious”, politics without selfish desires, and nature. Only with the wisdom of humanity and great love can the world be peaceful.
It is an unalterable fact that human beings are a community, and the world is a global village, which is also an iron fact. Who can lead and lead the healthy development of this world is a severe test before all mankind!
How to achieve world peace and study the development strategy of human civilization are the top priorities. 該組織在疫情期間口罩供不應(yīng)求時(shí)，曾捐贈(zèng)給CHI、FranciscanHealth及MultiCare HealthSystem醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)3000個(gè)醫(yī)用口罩,還成功舉辦了有關(guān)“維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧反對(duì)種族歧視”（2021年）以及關(guān)于“珍惜生命，支持槍支管制“（2022年）等研討會(huì)。

At the beginning of the outbreak in the United States, there was a severe shortage of masks for medical staff. The World Peace Federation launched emergency relief, and we organized nearly 3,000 masks to donate to MILICARE, CHI FRANCISCAN, and OVERLAKE hospitals. 2,000 of them were purchased with our retirement fund and we are proud of our aid action. 2017年，華盛頓美術(shù)館籌備工作開(kāi)始，連續(xù)三年（2017、2018、2019）舉辦了三屆國(guó)際藝術(shù)展。
2020年，世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)在美國(guó)華盛頓州注冊(cè)成立。

美國(guó)疫情爆發(fā)之初，醫(yī)護(hù)人員口罩嚴(yán)重短缺。世界和平聯(lián)合會(huì)發(fā)起緊急救援，我們組織了近3000個(gè)口罩捐贈(zèng)給MILICARE、CHI FRANCISCAN、OVERLAKE醫(yī)院。其中其中:發(fā)起人捐贈(zèng)2,000，來(lái)自中國(guó)致公黨代表、西雅圖資深地產(chǎn)專(zhuān)家胡蕾、曾展球等捐贈(zèng)。我們?yōu)榘l(fā)起人他們?cè)袆?dòng)感到自豪。
我們倡導(dǎo)行善、團(tuán)結(jié)、友愛(ài)、互助，為社會(huì)和諧與世界和平作出貢獻(xiàn)。

In June 2012, he moved to Seattle, USA, and has been committed to spreading Sino-US culture and art, spreading the world’s multicultural arts, promoting Sino-US friendship, and promoting international friendship and peace.
In 2016, the Washington International Cultural and Art Exchange Center was established, and the president and editor-in-chief of Washington Art, the first bilingual art magazine in the United States.
2017 Created “Art Washington” website (www.arthundred.com) / Editor-in-Chief.
Established Washington Chinese Television (US-WATV.COM) in 2018, founder/director
In 2017, the preparatory work for the Washington Art Museum began, and three international art exhibitions were held for three consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019).
In 2020, the World Peace Federation was incorporated in Washington State, USA.

At the beginning of the outbreak in the United States, there was a severe shortage of masks for medical staff. The World Peace Federation launched emergency relief, and we organized nearly 3,000 masks to donate to MILICARE, CHI FRANCISCAN, and OVERLAKE hospitals. 2,000 of them were purchased with our retirement fund and we are proud of our aid action. I was also proud to pick up a wallet and take it to the local police station.
