草色青青柳色黃，
賈至（718-772）， 字幼鄰，河南洛陽人。唐大歷年間，擔(dān)任兵部侍郎、右散騎常侍，謚號(hào)為文。著有文集三十卷，《唐才子傳》有其傳。
JIA Zhi (718-772), styled Young Neighbor, Letter by posthumous title, a native of Luoyang, Henan. He was appointed as Deputy Minister of National Defense and Right Chamberlain during the Dali period (766-779)of the Tang dynasty. The poet authored a 30-volume anthology.
