To ring out the old and usher in the new.
Hope the rabbit brings the luck, happy and bright
Covid - 19 will disappear
And no war no matter where
Thousands of reds and purples paint a grand sight.
Over thousands of mountains and rivers, I’d fly
Homing to pay homage to my loving mother
To hug each long-time-no-see loved member
And to release my endless love-sickness of my mind

May the Year of the Rabbit be full of spring animation
No more disaster
People build peace together
Help and love each other happily, enjoying family union

春節(jié)一天天臨近
年味在舌尖上舞蹈
在記憶里翻騰
回放一幅幅溫馨的畫面
媽媽忙碌走街串巷買年貨

兄弟姐妹穿新衣
臉上洋溢著幸福
除夕夜守歲燈火通明

2.Happy Memories of the Spring Festival
When Spring Festival is approaching day by day
The festival atmosphere dances on the tip of my tongue
Churning and playing from memory
The warm pictures piece by piece
Mom was busy walking the streets to buy New Year's goods
Dad writing couplets and pasting New Year pictures
Siblings put on new clothes
Happiness appeared at our faces
New Year's Eve vigil was brightly lit
All family sit around the steaming table
We watched the CCTV Gala while eating the Eve dinner
Festive joys were beyond words
When the New Year's bell rang
Outdoor the air was filled with the sounds of firecrackers
Indoor our family toasted together
Wishing each other a very happy new year
The elders gave lucky money to the younger
Now my parents have gone to heaven
The atmosphere of spring festival becomes a yearning
Though the time is irreversible
After-taste of happiness remains joyful
審譯教授簡介：
吳偉雄，廣東新會人，英語譯審。2011年中國譯協(xié)授予“資深翻譯家”榮譽證書。在《中國翻譯》，《中國科技翻譯》和《上海翻譯》發(fā)文16篇，出版編著5本。2005年在中國譯協(xié)和桂林市人民政府合辦的“桂林山水甲天下”名句國際譯文征集活動中獲連珠三獎：優(yōu)秀獎（第一名），入圍獎和鼓勵獎。
Mr. WU Weixiong，native of Xinhui, Guangdong, China, is a Prof. of Translation (English). He was member of the 4th and 5th Councils of the TAC (1998-2009), and awarded the TAC Certificate of Honor of Senior Translator in 2011. He has published 16 papers in three core journals for translation in China and 6 books on translation. He won three awards, EXCELLENT（first place）, MERIT and ACHIEVEMENT, in the international CALL FOR TRANSLATIONS OF THE NOTED SAYING “桂林山水甲天下”organized by Guilin Municipal Government and the TAC in 2005.
