陳桂芳，湖北漢川市人，中共黨員，大學本科，從事中學教學工作，現(xiàn)已退休。樂于助人奉獻，現(xiàn)為社區(qū)在做一些社會性服務工作，喜歡唱歌跳舞，喜歡文學。愿與智者同行，不斷努力學習提升，讓生命之花繼續(xù)綻放。
Chen Guifang, a native of Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor's degree, she is engaged in middle school teaching and is now retired. She is willing to help others, and she is doing some social service work for the community. She likes singing, dancing and literature. 小鳥已嘰嘰喳喳叫個不停
喚醒了夢中的我
我迎著暖暖的晨光
開始了我的晨練
河堤上
早已有了許多晨練徒步的人
徒步的人舉著小紅旗
臉上貼著小五星
時而喊著口令
時而唱著嘹亮的歌
昂著頭挺著胸
你追我趕
好一道靚麗的風景
河邊的垂柳
頻頻向晨練的人點頭迎送
在微風中優(yōu)雅地搖曳著
倒映在河水中嫵媚動人
藍天白云輕風吹拂
送來一縷縷清香
沁人心脾
我走在河邊
哼唱著 走在鄉(xiāng)間的小路上
忽見不遠處
有一垂釣老翁
手持魚桿穩(wěn)坐釣魚臺
河中浮標一點紅
這時忽見浮標顫了顫
好似魚兒已上鉤
我屏住呼吸
生怕驚擾了鉤上的魚
老翁輕輕提起魚桿
真有魚兒
我忙著喝彩
老翁對我說
謝謝你 給帶來開門紅
晨光漫步好不愜意
河岸美景盡收
誠邀朋友共賞

云朵，本名宋仙云，【海外詩譯社】副社長兼中文主播；天津某國企退休干部。曾在大型國企從事過多年電視播音、編輯工作，經常擔任各類活動的主持。2018年參加濱海新區(qū)巔峰朗誦大賽獲得組合類一等獎。
Yun Duo, whose real name is Song Xianyun, is a Chinese anchor of “Overseas Phoenix Poetry Translation society”；a retired cadre of a state-owned enterprise in Tianjin. She has been engaged in TV broadcasting and editing work in large state-owned enterprises for many years, and often served as the host of various activities. In 2018, she participated in the Binhai New Area Peak Recitation Competition and won the first prize in the combination category.
