英譯|Gerry Spoors(英國)

Put Spring Stamps on the Days(with other 4 poems)
By Xuefeng (Chengdu)
Tr. Gerry Spoors (UK)
Collect spring stamps with heart
Days, ferment in beautiful scenery
We put stamps of different spring scenery on every day
We all leisurely enjoy the spring every year
Spring lives in the days, happiness is no longer illusory
Smiling faces are one by one dynamic spring stamps
Sitting in the spring light, tasting spring tea, meditating with my eyes closed in the lingering fragrance
Breathing with time, I chat with tea saint Lu Yu sitting on the ground for a long time, vaguely hearing the sound of camel bells coming from afar, floating beside my ears
Bathing in the spring breeze, let the spring breeze touch my heart, let spring love grow
Burning the power allows people to travel back to their prime years
The youthful face is full of vigour, and it says that you are the sun at eight or nine in the morning
Walking on the ridges, humming the ridges, and painting spring ploughing pictures with old cows and farmers, my mood is as beautiful as a ten-mile art gallery
Crawling on the earth
Being in sync with the heartbeat of Mother Earth
I make an appointment with the rain of petals and spring rain
To smell the fragrance of the soil together
And to listen to the beauty of the sound of seeds awakening spring together
Days are stamped with spring stamps
Ordinary life is resounding and extraordinary
Every inch of time that has not been let down comes from the depths of time with a smile, talking to itself
The time book of history will not be forgotten

(2024.3.7)

2. Walking in the Spring
You come from the spring
The smell of bookish permeates in the flowers
When you are listening to the birds singing
The spring breeze blows away the fatigue and dust of your journey
You sit by the window, in the warm sunlight
Books, coffee, time are companying you
One heart and one world
In your thoughts, the inspiration of R&D and innovation flashes
You freely express yourself in your own world
Having room in the sky of history
You have painted a bright colour with your wisdom
(2024.3.7)

(2023.12.27)

3.The Bells Ringing by the New Year
At the end of the year, like butterflies, my thoughts jump into the sea of heart
Stirring up thousands of waves, and pilling up the sand on this shore
Waves are vying to jump one by one, telling the story of the past
Those beautiful and touching things are like gold leaves
And turn into the sound of waves. Knocking in my ears
Sound waves arrive one after another
Though there are worries and sorrows, pains and confusions
No matter how the sea of mind churns, how the back waves push out the front ones
The last singer has been sent by the waves
To an island called forgetfulness
Filtering the past and keeping the red fluttering heart flag
Can receive more air and sunlight
My heart, you must slide into a happy track
Listen quietly to the bell that rings by the New Year

(2023.9.27)

4. The Moon Has Risen
The moon has risen
Getting taller and rounder
My thoughts are flying up
Take off from my heart, fly farther and farther, to the person I care about
The bright moon hangs high, illuminating every road of love-sickness
The soft moonlight soothes every lovesick heart
The night is no longer impetuous, embrace the Mid-Autumn Moon devoutly
The doors of the heart open one after one
Concerned people walk in one after one
Hearts are closed one by one and overlaped
Theirs soaked in emotion and lingering in the moonlights
(2023.9.27)

5. You Are in My Heart
I don't know if you remember
That inadvertent back look
I met you in the crowd by chance
Your bookish appeal is like a freshly brewed tea, a sweet scent wafts in the nostrils
I don't know if you know
Your words like a breeze lift my heart
I often see you elegantly in my sweet dreams
You don't know, after I read one of your letters
My heart can't be calmed down for a long time
The handwriting that always exudes the fragrance of ink
Is your loving father’s objective evaluation and guidance in your life
Every word is love, and every sentence is caring
Father's love is as deep as the sea, attracting you and me as well
You must remember it and engrave it in your mind
Standing at the time point of love, pondering
Yesterday has become a memory
The future is still far away
Cherish the present
Thank you and I have you in my heart
