代運通，男，漢族，1950年12月24日生，中共黨員、退役軍人（1969年至1984年參軍在軍隊工作），參加了四川、遼寧、上海建設、深圳初期拓荒建設。在軍隊榮立三等功兩次，1984年從軍隊轉業(yè)在水電十局工作，2005年退休。
退休回家鄉(xiāng)，靜憶追夢想。

I wrote about Liu Dailu's initiation of the "Six Aids of Love" public welfare project to express my recognition of Liu Dailu, this ordinary yet great veteran. Comrade Liu Dailu, a member of the Communist Party, said that the brilliant thought of "he seeks happiness for the people" is of great significance in theory and practice. As we all know, Marx and Engels clearly declared in the Communist Manifesto: "All previous movements were movements of a few people or for the benefit of a few people. The proletarian movement is an independent movement of the vast majority of people, for the benefit of the vast majority of people." This was the first clear explanation of the nature of the proletarian revolutionary movement by Marx and Engels at the beginning of the creation of Marxism. It also stipulated that the purpose of the proletarian party leading the proletarian revolutionary movement can only be for the complete liberation of the vast majority of people. Stalin further pointed out in the article "Anarchism or Socialism?" that on the banner of socialism held high by Marxism, "its slogan is 'everything for the masses'". In his speech "Serve the People", Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out at the beginning: "Our Communist Party and the Eighth Route Army and the New Fourth Army led by the Communist Party are revolutionary teams. Our team is entirely for the liberation of the people and works thoroughly for the interests of the people." After the Seventh National Congress, serving the people wholeheartedly and seeking happiness for the people wholeheartedly has been the fundamental purpose of our party and army. It has always been the foundation of our party and army. "Serving the people wholeheartedly and seeking happiness for the people wholeheartedly" has become a banner of the Communist Party of China.

Comrade Liu Dailu is a shining example of wholeheartedly seeking happiness for the people, but he is first and foremost a soldier, a good soldier who does whatever the Party tells him to do and does it well.
