《One Hundred Years of Solitude 》is a novel written by Colombian writer Garcia Marquez. In view of its innovative magical realism style and rich content, it won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1982. The influence of his works is beyond our imagination: Salman Rushdie, an Indian in Britain, Tony Morrison in the United States, Mo Yan in China, etc., are all influenced by him. The novel "One Hundred Years of Solitude" tells the story of the Buendia family in a small town named Macondo, which continued a series of magical family history such as incest, poisoning and prophecy for seven generations.
