Echoes of a Trembling Heart
How are you? Tears, like secrets, gently brushed against the heated steering wheel,
And in an instant, my palm was enveloped in that familiar warmth,
The same warmth that once held us close.
I let the BMW glide beneath the endless sky,
As the saxophone’s melody spills from the convertible,
Dancing above a sea of speeding cars, soaring effortlessly into the heavens,
Carried by clouds, we wander freely,
Piercing through rainbows, chasing the place where your heart awaits.
London’s streets are alive with a noisy pulse,
But my heart, like music, trembles at the edge,
Hoping that when the gates of the institute swing open,
Your smile will be gathered by the waiting bees,
And in that moment, the roses I carry in my heart
Will bloom into the most radiant bouquet,
Unfolding in September’s embrace, where every petal whispers of you.
I will not hesitate, letting my soul swing with the wind,
Swaying in sweetness as rich as honey,
Each moment a longing for your touch.
Above me, the stars hum a gentle tune,
Wearing their masks like dancers preparing for a cosmic performance,
Their voices learning to sing like nightingales.
And I, caught in this dream of ours,
Imagine the day when farewell becomes reunion,
When the light of the universe reflects in your eyes
As you walk towards me with pride,
And my soul trembles,
For you are the one who gives my emotions life,
The one who turns the ordinary into something beautiful,
The one who makes my heart sing.
