王佐臣，筆名塵緣，1953年出生，上海籍，散文家，詩(shī)人。曾任《當(dāng)代作家聯(lián)盟》簽約作家，《全球漢語(yǔ)協(xié)會(huì)》理事。現(xiàn)仍兼任《江南詩(shī)絮文化中心》總社長(zhǎng)，《上海詩(shī)與評(píng)月刊》總編，《北美翰苑散文詩(shī)社》社長(zhǎng)，《神州詩(shī)歌報(bào)江南文刊》社長(zhǎng)。系翻譯，書(shū)評(píng)，美食與旅游的愛(ài)好者。

Wang Zuochen, pseudonym Dust Yuan, born in 1953, Shanghai native, essayist, poet. He was a contracted writer of the Contemporary Writers' Union and a director of the Global Chinese language Association. He is still the general director of Jiangnan Poetry Culture Center, the editor-in-chief of Shanghai Poetry and Review monthly, the president of North American Hanyuan Prose Poetry Society, and the president of Jiangnan Journal of Shenzhou Poetry Daily.
