樂觀，讓我趕走了病魔

那一紙診斷書帶來的陰霾，至今記憶猶新。二零二三年的一次常規(guī)體檢，醫(yī)生告訴我，我患上了前列腺癌。說實話，那一刻，我很震驚。畢竟，我一直覺得自己的身體底子很好，耳聰目明，腿腳也利索，怎么就和“癌”字沾上了邊？但短暫的意外之后，我很快穩(wěn)住了心神。我告訴自己，既然病來了，怕也沒用，與其愁眉苦臉，不如積極面對，樂觀生活。
我這一輩子，沒別的太多愛好，就是喜歡讀書寫字。生病后，我更有意識地投入到寫作中，尤其是寫詩。我把對生活的感悟、與疾病相處的點滴，都化作了筆下的分行文字。我開始嘗試向一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺投稿，每當(dāng)看到自己的小詩被發(fā)表出來，心里就洋溢起一種實實在在的快樂。這種快樂，像一劑良藥，滋養(yǎng)著我的精神。
幾年來，我筆耕不輟，陸陸續(xù)續(xù)寫了將近一千首詩歌，還有不少散文和小說的習(xí)作。更讓我欣慰的是，我還整理出版了自己的詩集，取名《情深歲月》，算是對過往歲月的一份深情記錄。因為堅持寫作，我有幸被《中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》聘請為執(zhí)行編輯，也成為了《世界作家瀾韻府詩社》的簽約詩人。參加一些詩歌比賽，還獲得了一些獎項。這些認(rèn)可，讓我倍感溫暖，也讓我覺得生活充滿了意義和價值。
疾病，并沒有讓我把自己封閉起來。在社區(qū)里，我依然積極參加巡邏值班、清潔家園這些公益活動，認(rèn)真做好樓組長的工作。我始終記得自己是一名共產(chǎn)黨員，在任何情況下，都希望能發(fā)揮一點光和熱。參與這些活動，和鄰居們打交道，為社區(qū)出份力，也讓我的生活更加充實。
時間過得真快，轉(zhuǎn)眼到了今年十一月，又到了復(fù)查的日子。醫(yī)生仔細(xì)看了我的驗血報告后，臉上露出了滿意的笑容。他對我說：“老先生，恢復(fù)得很好，指標(biāo)很穩(wěn)定，目前的藥可以暫停了。”聽到這個消息，我心里的一塊大石頭總算落了地，感到無比的輕松和快樂。我的女兒和家人知道后，也都特別開心。他們都說，正是我這種樂觀積極的生活態(tài)度，幫助我戰(zhàn)勝了病魔，贏得了健康。
回想這段經(jīng)歷，我深深感受到，心態(tài)真的很重要。疾病固然可怕，但精神的垮塌更可怕。保持樂觀，找點自己喜歡的事情做，讓生活有寄托、有色彩，這本身就是一股強大的力量。它讓我趕走了病魔的陰影，迎來了健康的曙光。未來，我還會繼續(xù)用樂觀的心態(tài)，書寫我夕陽紅的美好生活。

黃清寶，1939年出生，中共黨員，籍貫江蘇江陰市。現(xiàn)居上海市?！吨袊娙俗骷揖W(wǎng)》會員檔案庫認(rèn)證委員，《中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》認(rèn)證詩人、簽約詩人，《一枝紅蓮文學(xué)詩社》簽約作家詩人，《世界作家瀾韻府詩社》簽約作家詩人，《中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》主編。曾創(chuàng)作散文、小說及詩詞千余篇，發(fā)表于《中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》等網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺及報刊。榮獲首屆《鳳雛生》國際詩歌大賽優(yōu)秀獎，五大院士簽約詩人卓越文學(xué)獎，《金詩星光杯》實力文學(xué)獎，以及《中國詩人作家網(wǎng)》主編卓越獎，世界詩歌作協(xié).中國詩人作文學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人物最高榮譽獎?，F(xiàn)為中國詩人作家網(wǎng)執(zhí)行總編。

Huang Qingbao, born in 1939, is a member of the Communist Party of China. His native place is Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, and he now resides in Shanghai City. He is a certification committee member of the Member Archive Database of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, a certified poet and contracted poet of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, a contracted writer and poet of the Red Lotus Literary Poetry Society, a contracted writer and poet of the World Writers' Lanyunfu Poetry Society, and the chief editor of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network. He has created more than a thousand pieces of prose, novels, and poems, which have been published on online platforms and newspapers and periodicals such as the Chinese Poets and Writers Network. He has won the Excellence Award of the First Feng Chusheng International Poetry Competition, the Outstanding Literature Award for Poets Contracted by the Five Academicians, the Strength Literature Award of the Golden Poetry Starlight Cup, the Chief Editor's Excellence Award of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network, and the Highest Honor Award for Leading Figures in Literature by the World Poetry Association · Chinese Poets and Writers. Currently, he is the executive chief editor of the Chinese Poets and Writers Network.
