于天忠，遼寧建平人，生于 1949 年 8 月，仲達(dá)山人，松山居士。齋號(hào)： 墨玄居，號(hào):玄弘。龍騰牡丹畫派創(chuàng)始人，美術(shù)評(píng)論家，國家一級(jí)著作家，北京大學(xué)終身教授、清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院終身特聘教授、人民大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師，國家高級(jí)美術(shù)師，著名書畫家，國之巨匠泰斗藝術(shù)名家，亞洲國際青年電影節(jié)評(píng)審團(tuán)主席、中央美院教授、美術(shù)博士生導(dǎo)師。世界非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)研究院院士，聯(lián)合國文化藝術(shù)委員會(huì)終身專家、教授，英國皇家藝術(shù)研究院榮譽(yù)院士、客座教授，西班牙皇家藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、人民書畫家、國家民族畫院畫家、牛津藝術(shù)學(xué)院研究生導(dǎo)師、CCTV星光大道嘉賓評(píng)委、中央電視臺(tái)綜藝頻道星光大道藝術(shù)顧問，當(dāng)代著名書法大師。
