夫西洋之航海，強(qiáng)盜之行也！以堅(jiān)船為齒，以利炮為爪，攻城屠民，殖奴掠寶，所謂“地理大發(fā)現(xiàn)”者，實(shí)文明之癰疽、寰宇之瘡痍！賊帆所至，血浪翻涌；盜錨所系，枷鎖沉沉。百年霸業(yè)，終隨黑船銹跡，沒(méi)入歷史濁流——強(qiáng)盜之航，行將朽木也！
而我華夏之航海，少年之雄姿也！觀鄭和當(dāng)年，寶船劈浪，不攜刀兵攜仁義，不掠金珠贈(zèng)文明：絲綢裹春，瓷器映月，典籍播智，良種催耕。占城國(guó)民擔(dān)漿壺食以迎赤心，爪哇救民以熱血獻(xiàn)麟而歌舞。彼時(shí)帆影，皆載華夏少年之肝膽；彼時(shí)潮聲，皆文明幼獅之雷音！惜哉海禁鎖舟，少年英氣，暫斂滄波；然百年蟄伏，豈墜青云之志？
然我華夏少年航海，昂首出征矣！
看三航母列陣，如蒼龍銜珠以鎮(zhèn)疆；北斗織網(wǎng)，星斗垂芒以引航；5G躍浪，靈犀傳信以馭四海！更有上海港吞星吐月，巨輪銜尾；中老鐵路穿山破霧，鐵軌生花；“奮斗者”探淵萬(wàn)仞，揭龍宮秘；“雪龍2”破冰三尺，繪極地圖！“一帶一路”如長(zhǎng)纓在手，串亞非歐之明珠；人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體似大旗高揚(yáng)，聚四洋五洲之心！
昔時(shí)寶船載仁，今朝巨艦載志！西洋盜邁，霸舟已朽；中華少年，航海方興！美哉我少年航海，與天不老；壯哉我航海少年，與國(guó)無(wú)疆！
紅日初升，其道大光；航海新程，少年領(lǐng)航！近海遠(yuǎn)洋，共享多贏！
美哉！我華夏航海，與海同壽；壯哉！我少年中國(guó)，與宙同疆！
Ode to China's Young Mariners

The voyages of the Western powers were nothing but acts of banditry! They took their sturdy ships as fangs and their powerful cannons as claws, storming cities, slaughtering civilians, enslaving people and plundering treasures. The so-called "Age of Discovery" was in fact a festering sore on civilization and a grievous wound on the world! Wherever their pirate sails drifted, waves of blood surged; wherever their robber anchors dropped, chains of oppression weighed heavy. Their century-long hegemony, in the end, has faded into the murky currents of history along with the rust on their black ships—such are the voyages of bandits, destined to decay like rotting wood!
In stark contrast, China’s maritime expeditions embody the heroic spirit of youth! Cast your mind back to Zheng He’s time: his treasure ships cleaved through waves, carrying not swords and spears but benevolence and righteousness, not looting gold and pearls but bestowing civilization. Silk wrapped the warmth of spring, porcelain reflected the glow of the moon, ancient classics spread wisdom, and fine seeds fostered bountiful harvests. The people of Champa came bearing wine and food to welcome this sincere mission; the residents of Java offered rare treasures with blood and tears of gratitude, singing and dancing in joy. The sail shadows of that era carried the courage and integrity of China’s youth; the tide sounds of those days thundered like the roar of civilization’s young lion. Alas, the maritime ban chained the ships, and the youthful spirit was temporarily hidden beneath the waves. Yet after a century of dormancy, how could such lofty aspirations ever fade?
Now, China’s young mariners are setting sail with heads held high!
Behold the three aircraft carriers arrayed in formation, like giant dragons clutching pearls to safeguard the nation’s borders; the Beidou Navigation Satellite System weaves a network in the sky, with stars shedding their radiance to guide the way; 5G technology surges across waves, enabling seamless communication to command the four seas! Moreover, the Port of Shanghai, a colossus that swallows stars and spits out the moon, sees a continuous stream of giant vessels; the China-Laos Railway cuts through mountains and mist, with its tracks blooming like flowers; the Fendouzhe submersible dives ten thousand fathoms deep to uncover the secrets of the ocean’s depths; the Xue Long 2 icebreaker smashes through three feet of ice to chart maps of the polar regions! The Belt and Road Initiative is like a long tasseled whip in hand, stringing together the pearls of Asia, Africa and Europe; the vision of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind is like a great banner flying high, uniting the hearts of people across the four oceans and five continents!
In the past, treasure ships carried benevolence; today, giant vessels carry lofty aspirations! The Western pirates have declined, their hegemonic ships rotting away; China’s youth, however, are thriving in their maritime endeavors! Glorious are China’s young mariners, eternal as the heaven! Magnificent are these maritime youths, boundless as the nation!
As the red sun rises, its path shines bright; on this new maritime journey, the youth shall lead the way! From coastal waters to the open oceans, we pursue shared benefits and win-win cooperation!
Glorious! China’s maritime undertakings, as long-lived as the sea! Magnificent! China’s young generation, as boundless as the universe!

Feng Lianrui, male, was originally from Yanjin County, Henan Province, and writes under the pseudonym Yu Jinhe. He currently resides at Pangzhai Township Middle School in Weihui City, Henan Province.
